1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the advanced qualification and career enhancement courses, digital learning materials, and any physical products offered by SkillAllPro accessible via SkillAllPro.com. By enrolling in a course, purchasing digital materials, or ordering printed resources, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services - Advanced Qualification and Career Enhancement Courses

SkillAllPro offers instructor-led and self-paced courses designed for professionals seeking advanced qualifications and career growth. Course fees and schedules are as specified on the site.

3.1 Enrollment and Access

Upon enrollment, participants receive access credentials valid for the duration indicated on the course page. Access is non-transferable except as described in Section 6.2.

3.2 No-Refund Services

Certain live events, limited-seat workshops, and personalized coaching sessions are offered on a no-refund basis due to resource allocation and guaranteed seat reservations. These services cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another session or participant if requested at least 14 days before the start date.

4. Digital Products

Digital learning materials such as e-books, templates, and recorded lectures are delivered electronically. All sales of digital products are final once access is granted.

5. Physical Goods

Printed course workbooks and physical training kits are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds are processed according to the type of item or service purchased:

6.1 Services Eligible for Refund

If you withdraw from a self-paced online course within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

6.2 Transfer of Enrollment

Requests to transfer course enrollment to a future session or another individual must be made in writing via our Contact Form at least 14 days before the course start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.

6.3 No-Refund Services

Live events, workshops, and coaching sessions designated as no-refund in Section 3.2 cannot be refunded due to the preparatory commitments made by instructors and resource constraints. We offer transfer options as described.

6.4 Digital Product Refunds

All sales of digital products are final once access is provided and cannot be refunded.

6.5 Physical Goods Returns

Returned physical goods must be unworn, unopened, and in original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Changes to Terms

SkillAllPro may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective as of 2025 when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflicts of law rules.
